Ingredients:
Calcium Ascorbate (providing Vitamin C and Calcium), Cellulose, Tri-Calcium Phosphate, Modified Starch, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Colours: Titanium Dioxide and Iron Oxide, Cellulose), Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate.

Directions:
Take 1 to 6 tablets daily, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
