Vitamin B6, aslo known as pyridoxine is involved in the manufacture of red blood cells and is required for a healthy nervous system. It is also required for the production of neurotransmitters (brain chemicals).


Nutritional Information:
(Typically per tablet):
Vitamin B6 - 50mg

Ingredients:
DiCalcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride).

Directions:
Take 1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal, or as dircted by a practitioner or pharmacist.

Other:
Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding.
Suitable for vegetarians.
