Ingredients:
Chamomile, spearmint, lemongrass, tilia flowers, blackberry leaves, orange blossoms, hawthorn and rosebuds.

Directions:
BOIL: Bring fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil.
STEEP: Pour 1 cup water over a tea bag in a cup. Steep 4 to 6 minutes and remove bag.
ENJOY: Sweeten if desired and enjoy.
