Ingredients:
Green Tea (Camellia sinensis) Leaf Extract, Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose,), Brown Rice Flour, Anti-caking Agents (Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide)

Directions:
Adults aged 18 & over - Take one capsule daily, always with a meal, or as recommended by a practitioner or pharmacist.
Do not take on an empty stomach.
