Optima MusselEx Tablets contain Green Lipped Mussel Extract, sourced from the coastal waters of New Zealand.
Includes 500mg of Green Lipped Mussel Extract and 0.3g of Manganese in every tablet.
¹Manganese contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and the normal formation of connective tissue. It also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients:
Green Lipped Mussel Extract (Perna canaliculus (MOLLUSCS)), Bulking Agents (Calcium Carbonate, Microcrystalline Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source),  Silicon Dioxide), Coating (Gelling Agent (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Glazing Agent (Glycerin)), Manganese Sulphate.

Directions:
Take one tablet up to twice a day with food.
Do not exceed the stated recommended dose.
