Healthreach Effervescent Magnesium tablets contain Magnesium Carbonate and Citric Acid which, when mixed with water, combine to form Magnesium Citrate in an ionic ratio of 1:1 for optimal absorption and bioavailability.

Ingredients:
Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Magnesium Carbonate, acidity regulator: Sodium Carbonate, Inulin, acidity regulator: Sodium Bicarbonate, Natural Flavouring, anti-caking agent: Tricalcium Phosphate, Sweetener: Stevia Leaf Extract, Colour: Riboflavin.

Directions:
Begin with taking one tablet daily.  Increase this to a maximum of two tablets daily over time.
Excessive consumption of magnesium can lead to diarrhoea.
Not suitable for children under 16.
Do not use during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding.
