Recommended Daily Dose:
Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons)
Children 3-12 Years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon)
For winter use:
Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) four times daily
Children3-12 Years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily
Not suitable for children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
