Ingredients:
Organic Ricinus communis (Castor) seed oil.

Directions:
Cold-pressed food grade castor oils is traditionally used as a massage oil.
Massage into the skin, hair or apply as an external castor oil pack. Soak a flannel in warmed castor oil and apply to affected area. Cover with a plastic sheet and place a warm water bottle on top for 20 minutes.
External use only. Avoid contact with the eyes.
Keep out of sight and reach of children.
Avoid in pregnancy.
