Vitamin C - 1000mg, Rose Hip - 100mg, Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex - 50mg

Ingredients:
Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate.

Directions:
Take 1 to 3 tablets daily with a meal, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.

Other:
Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Suitable for Vegetarians.
Over 1000mg of Vitamin C may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.
