Inspired by the Japanese and Mediterranean diets, MINAMI PluShizO-3 combines high concentrations of omega-3 essential fatty acids with a powerful mix of botanicals and key nutrients, contributing to energy metabolism, vitality and heart function.
EPA & DHA, the key essential fatty acids found in omega-3, contribute to the normal function of the heart, with a daily intake of 250mg EPA+DHA.
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress, protecting against free radicals. PluShinzO-3 includes alpha-tocopherol, which is the most active form of Vitamin E.
Folic acid contributes to normal blood formulation, homcysteine metabolism and normal function of the immune system. Folic acid can also help to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
