Ingredients:
(1ml of spray contains the tincture of):
Fresh Echinacea herb - 863.3mg
Fresh Echinacea root - 45.5mg
Fresh Sage leaves - 430mg

Directions:
(Adults and the elderly):
2 sprays six to ten times daily.
